Wait a second... At the start of the video you had a stack of papers in your hand looking at them... That's called distracted driving, no different than the guy looking on his phone next to you....SMH

But he's Scottie. Oh and striving to be a YouTube super trucker extraordinaire?

Notice the hands off the wheel numerous times, and not scanning his mirrors has he is you busy trying to be famous.

I hope he posts the video of him in the ditch.

He's too busy getting the perfect shot to be bothered with driving. I keep hoping he gets a life, but at this rate it is doubtful.

I've still got a couple friends that don't own a headset and I suspect text and drive ...these are the same people tho that think HOS rules don't apply to them and do they're log book once a week and drive for outlaw company's whose days are numbered .
    You get the picture .

The regs say no holding electronic communication devices. Paper does not fall under that reg otherwise, those tobacco things wrapped in paper would be illegal for drivers to hold and light on fire while driving. We were coming up on the California AG check station about a mile. I was making sure my paperwork was ready to hand to the inspector and within easy reach with my seatbelt fastened as per regulations.

Shocked that your focus is on the 1.2 seconds of papers in my hand and not one word about the 3 truckers doing totally illegal things in the video.
