Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

Place is a mystery .... no one actually knows whats going on

Not even the people in the office

Poly just sort of happens

 

After that delivery to Baltimore I picked up my back haul in Chesapeake va and did a 900 different in gp. New Pete had 34k miles and needed a service so I took a loaner and delivered today in hagerstown Maryland, sitting in Lynchburg va load ready headed for Rosenberg tx for Saturday.

If this loaner holds up that will put me at ,3200,3800, and 3100+ miles for my 3 weeks out. Trying to go home next week and be home for 7 days.

 

That's my hometown i haul loads out frito going to Rosenberg quite often. Just don't make .52c per mile doing it.

 

As long as the poll said "don't go back", it would be correct. I never go back, especially if Mike Hyatt still works there. It was all I could do to not punch him in the throat when he was the shop manager, now that he is running the show...I would probably throw him out of the 2nd floor office window...whether it opened or not.

Last time I delivered to Rosenburg it was a weekend and there were no mt trailers, so I bobtailed io Poltex. Lots of great culinary adventures between Risenburg and Mont Belvieu.

 

Hey....just checking in also...any news if Carolina Poly is shipping out more than a few loads...if so where's it headed? How many lines do they have going now?

 

Maybe someone can add on to what I know. Carolina poly wasn't scheduled to be shipping any loads until later in the year according to the guy in their shipping office. So all the loads now are actually ahead of schedule. I only know of 3 locations which are offered to us uxbridge ma, Burlington nj , and Jacksonville fl.

In the last 9 months I haven't heard anything about drivers running strictly out of Chester or anything more about regional drivers. Last Christmas meeting they mentioned something about regional but no details.

 

Dang hurricane might change my plans a little lol. Was going to deliver tomorrow night or Saturday morning and just heard about the storm. Since that's around the time it's going to hit I'll have to be late.
