    what does it mean about "possible job offer" in the description and if you get your CDL but don't get hired on, do you owe them anything? And what do they mean about up-front cost?

    You arent considered an employee until you pass your CDL test at school. You pass, you will have a job offer. The up front cost is $100 to reserve your spot in class, and then $400 the 1st day of school.
