    From the email....

You may also request that you Log Auditor create off duty logs for the time you are going to be off.

If you're not sure how long you're going to be off, I guess you could just tell your log auditor a week or two or a month, I don't think it would prevent you from changing your log status prematurely.

I still think this is a non-issue, an inconvenience yes, but I still think the benefits outweigh the negatives.... I'm sure this is gonna cause a outrage by some and we haven't seen the last email yet.

    Rickp Thanks this.

A log violation for over speed or the DOT stopped you?

I heard a loud pop like release of air while driving and my low air warning won't shut off... Still able to drive... Sounds like a funny noise coming from air tank next to batteries... Wonder what can the issue be? Don't see any line disconnected or anything....

sounds like a hose popped off or blew.. Also if its a cummins check the engine area there is a hose that feeds the intake. Had this happen in NC while driving pass 4 police officers with a pulled over car... Never seen so many looks in my life from a cop xD

    whoopNride and HalpinUout Thank this.

Because of this issue, I'll be out of hours today... Which will screw my timing to get 2 Texas... If I have a pickup scheduled for Monday and won't make it because of a breakdown will they just take me off it or will it be considered a service failure? I'm obviously more concerned with getting the load I have now delivered Monday, but thinking ahead...
