I hate it when they put on the dispatch to be there at 4am and they don't let trucks and start receiving in til 5am.

That's intentional..because they know some drivers won't make it on time...

I bet it's a customer thing because JCT don't normally do #### like that. All it does is waste my time and annoys the hell out of me.

I've seen many co's do this...like put the time in earlier because they know some drivers will drag their feet and get their at the last minute...so putting it earlier will cause them to get there on time..i agree... these co's know who the lazy ones are...it also screws with your 14hr clock by starting it sooner than you could have and places like L.A. that can backfire....

You know, while we are on the subject of APUs and add ons such as inverters...can we open a discussion about possibly putting in fuel-air heaters in the ComfortPro trucks?

Woke up to a 49 degree cab because my comfort pro didn't want to start because apparently 32 degrees is too cold for the glow plugs, then once I got it started it put out a BLISTERING 65 degrees on high heat.

At least with the fuel-air heaters it doesent require the APU to be on. And actually puts out heat when it IS on.

Remember, any loads dispatched today til the 30th now pay 93 cents a mile. Get the updated spreadsheet:

    Master Paycheck Estimator 93cents.xlsx

This will estimate your settlements fairly accurately as long as you put in the right numbers.

I put in an app and talked to someone there yesterday. She sent me a document for settlement transaction estimates and it was for $.93 cpm. Did I hear correctly that you guys are getting another $.03 in the near future?

I've been scrolling through reviews of JCT and wow, some interesting reads. What is you guys' input on it who are currently there? I've got a theory....

Drivers jumping into it expecting to strike it rich and not running their business properly, then blaming the comany for their failure.

    Thoughts?
