Probably a dozen or more CR England students quit every day while under contract and have no problems finding a new driving job.
You may be talking to much; do the online applications vs. a phone call. When you do eventually talk to someone, don't badmouth CR England.
Swift might pay off that school for you through their tuition reimbursement program. Swift has been known to do that for other drivers in the same situation. They're under new management now, so that policy may have changed.
    Where is your location?

The problem is, CR England sometimes leaves students waiting for weeks, yes, weeks, for a trainer.

If you don't want to wait on your trainer now, I'd advise you to go down to the DMV and turn in that new CDL. Waiting, waiting, and waiting some more is part of the reason the good ol' boys have mostly fled the industry. Notice I said PART of the reason. There are other reasons, other things. Things you haven't encountered yet you aren't going to like.

Why does England hire so many then if they don't have the trainers?

My guess is it’s hard for them to predict how many students will survive the whole process... the infamous hair follicle. Then other variables like some just won’t try hard, some will just disappear, and others will screw up in other ways that makes the company not trust them with one of their rigs

The OP might be in a class with an unusually large success rate and cre just wasn’t prepared for it.

The ones that do graduate, owe for the school if they quit. CR England still makes money either way.

How long have you been waiting? Is the trainer on home time? Stuck at a shipper or receiver? Truck in the shop? Sidelined or delayed for weather?

Sometimes you just have to wait. It's good that you want to start rolling, but if you have been waiting, after completing classes, for less than three days, then you need to take a deep breath and relax.

That’s what I would do. Take the time to unwind, sleep in, watch some tv, read... more than enough road time right around the corner

When I did training everyone in my class got in their trucks and left on Wednesday. I was still sitting there, my trainer timed out in BFE and wasn't going to make it that day. So I got to drive the company van back to the hotel room by myself and got another free night in the hotel. He finally got in after lunch the next day. In a classroom of 9 students I was the only one who didn't hit the road Wednesday afternoon. I just relaxed at the motel, took the free time to enjoy life, went walked around the little town the hotel was in, shot some hoops. The next day I did a 550 mile run right out of the gate.
