I went down the road and the ELD50 kicked on the drive line.

The only real problem I have at this time is the time zone is set to CST when I'm actually EST. my home terminal is entered correctly and everything.

I can't change it in settings.

 

I will ask. But call them. They are open today

 

RM says it can be changed in the portal

 

I called and they said they'd have to change it Monday.

By portal do you mean I need to log in on a computer?

 

You should have a management portal . This is what a office would use to view your truck logs, routing, etc

Unfortunately, time zone is grayed out on the portal. Looks like only RM can change it.

They opened a ticket on this issue for me and I should be good Monday.

I just got RM eld 50 and everything was fine until I went into tunnel and lost cell service and when RM reconnected it showed last 2hrs of driving as on-duty.
How do I prevent it from happening?
