    I've been having problems with RM50 freezing my cell phone. Eventually cell phone restarts and I have to restart stupid app and it may or may not work.

    I'm running after Christmas with paper and the ELD. There's no way other single truck o/o are doing this with no problems.

    I'm guessing the DOT has their hands full and will not ticket as long as you have paper.

    I just was talking to CS about other issues and they mentioned this. Call CS in the morning and ask for Terrance or Pablo, (In Skokie).

    I do apologize for asking you to call, but I have not been trained on the ELD's and how to work their issues yet.

    Good luck getting to customer service. I wonder how many people they have on customer service, maybe just 1. Never can reach anyone. I guess Ill take this #### RM ELD50 back to truck stop and get my money back.

    Hey, give it a bit to get bugs worked out. At least it works better than some of the others.

    I bought a geowiz, plugged it in and my truck started running on 4 cylinders and throwing engine codes. WTF? Right?

    This RM works with my cheap tablet just need to fix the dumb timezone issue

    Work out the bugs? They should've been worked out by now. These RM50 been out for several months already, how long does it take to get a good running device that won't freeze up phone/tablet and is user friendly.
    And as far as customer service, if they're trying to get $20/month they should have 24/7 customer service on stand-by. You shouldn't pay someone for service that doesn't exist.

    I did get this.. if freezing

    uninstall and reinstall app from tablet, clear app data, reset device and connect to wifi again then pair the tablet directly through the BT, then open up the app and pair it again and run through set up and re validatie

    So every time app freezes I have to uninstall app and reinstall?

    How do I get someone else registered on RM ELD50 cause it asks for DOT # when registering on the app and other driver was told that DOT# already exists and he couldn't sign up? Do I have to sign him up through my account?

    Have they registered before with that DOT number on the ELD 50?
