For purposes of this discussion, I am assuming the OP did not act in an unprofessional manner.

Man there sure is a bunch of keyboard comandos on here. Calling other people names and such. If i had a reciever treat me like that for no reason then i would have lost it. Probly had the cops called on me vs the other way around. You have to give respect in order to get it. If you dont respect me, then p... on ya. Personaly the only reason i would have called the cops would be to save my job, and save me from going to jail. The driver may have had that kind of mindset so who are yall to be calling him a sissy and making fun of him?
jcrack08, xsetra, 6wheeler and 1 other person Thank this. -
For some reason though its the drivers fault seems like where your coming fromDoubleO7 Thanks this. -

This is the age of ELD. The driver did the right thing going back in at 0800 to re-confirm when they would unload him. No time to be wasting an hour, might as well use the time to re-confirm. Worst they can say is no, well worst they can do is cuss you out and bang their fists on the counter like an ape.
If it happened within one arm's length of the OP, that is battery right there. I carry my camera everywhere I go to prove stuff like this. Think of it as a dashcam for your forehead.Bpat Thanks this.
