Sounds like you crack under pressure. Ltl jobs are not for most bewer drivers anyway. You went a whole week and everyday hitting something. Not saying it’s a bad thing. But think about it if you spent thousands on equipment and a driver fame by and started damaging everything and leaving a bad impression would you hire him?

It really is the wost time of the year to learn this type of trucking. Lot of last minute construction shipments that are going out before the holidays and then all the residentials because most of our companies have picked up Amazon accounts.
If it's not beneath you, you should try roll on dumpster. I heard those guys do pretty decent.bentstrider83 Thanks this. -

I'm surprised that this company had this policy of 5 days. Are you new to the trucking business? I mean once I get hired I might spend one day with a driver, then I am on my own.
But then I have been driving for four decades, so that might be why its so easy to find work.lol.
I had to baby sit a newbie driver back in 2011. The guy hadn't been given a road test and
I had places to be. Once he got in the saddle, he couldn't even shift an Eaton 10 speed.
Where he got his CDL is beyond me. I put him back in shotgun, and drove the rest of
the day. Hearing gears grinding isn't a nice sound at all. Nether are late deliveries.road_runner Thanks this. -
