No. I solicited advice on companies we might work for, not whether or not anyone thought we had good reason to leave, which makes any advice aside from company names unsolicited. But I believe we may have found our opportunity, so goal likely accomplished. Thank you to everyone who was positive and helpful.![]()

It would not cool to -10. It was low on refrigerant, but could maintain temp for produce. No error code until I ran a pretrip on it.
So I run a pretrip on every new reefer I get now. -
Here's the facts of trucking......
If you're a company driver you will deal with BS, all companies pretty much suck, nobody gives a rats ### if you're a man, woman, bi, tri, transgender, Or cross dress.
The harder a company sees you work the more BS loads they will give you, because you have a give work ethic and will run it. Do you think they will give it to "Joe Blow" who gives them attitude, cries and whines. No they will give him easy/favorable loads cuz they are sick of hearing him whine.
Also anymore most companies don't want to pay for real experience, and a clean mvr, and million +accident free miles. They see it as you cost too much, we can pay a rookie in most cases at least 33% less. They won't get a gubbament kickback for hiring you as opposed to a new driver.
Even those companies that were thought of as cream of the crop dream driving jobs ain't anymore, trust me I know.
Anyways best of luck to you, and 1 final point. Most company lease agreement are set up for you to fail. Company makes out like a bandit, while you struggle to make that big lease payment. I know there might be the .001% that will come in to say but, but I successfully paid it off and now I own a broke down worthless truck. -
Tb0n3 and Justrucking2 Thank this.

Six , as usual you nailed it. Well said. Well said.
Often in life ( way more often than not too ) the absolute best advice a person gets , is actually not what they'd like to hear. But more to the point , simply what they need to hear.
Again well said.homeskillet, Tb0n3, Oxbow and 8 others Thank this. -
Call me a "gentleman".Oxbow, dunchues, Rocknroller4 and 2 others Thank this. -

Oxbow, Justrucking2, stacks and 1 other person Thank this. -
I get your problems with communications and other issues with the company but as suggested, you can move to another part of the company where possibly the level of professionalism and respect is better than where you are at.
I bet he does to do his job. I've never met a plumber who told a customer that he will not do something that they are hired to do, have you?
I have zero interest in making myself miserable for any length of time by staying where I am not happy. And anyone who has a negative opinion of that can kick rocks. I don't really need anyone's approval.
By the way, you do know that a lease is not a lease purchase but a lease to a carrier?
I think what it comes down to is this - being a profession is not worrying about trivial things but to keep moving, and correcting the situation.
The rest six I won't comment on in an OPEN forum. -
