After we scan our trip sheets, bols, and receipts via transflo, do we need to keep them till we get back to the yard?

Just wanted to double check. One envelope per trip or do you staple them and cram multiple trips in one envelope? Probably personal preference?

1 envelope = 1 trip. I write my name employee number trip number FB number and pickup and delivery location. I’m sure you don’t have to write all that but I feel better if I do.

It happened to me once last year so I didn’t think much of it. This year it’s happened to me a few times already.

Btw... I don’t know who told me to buy a 2 pound rubber mallet for this... but the rubber mallet isn’t the best for the job lol. A real sledge hammer is what works! Another driver saved me at a customer when all I had was this rubber POS!

Ive been doing the same thing. When I scale out and any other receipt I get needed, I stick them in the envelope right away. Helps keep everything organized. I scan them next time I'm at a pilot or J, which is in 24 hours, and then seal them after its scanned. Just making sure I'm doing it right since I have too much down time at the moment.

Yeah, definitely dont want a rubber mallet lol. All my tools are at home so I'll be relieved when I get home to grab stuff. Last night my locking pins on my tandem were stuck locked on my driver side. Thankful there was something in the truck that I could use to smack 'em. Thankfully there are still helpful people in this world though.

If you get the trans flo app for your phone then you don’t have to do it at the truck stop. It’s really convenient
