    Everyone running the DC App, Please log out, update to version 4.6.1, then log in again. You may have to uninstall the App and then Install again.

    On the TNDT740 and the OD8P you may have to do this.

    Do this while logged out.

    740/OD8 to go into Settings> System Settings> Apps> “Driver Connect”> Storage> Clear Data.

    Reopen the DC app and it should load up, login to the app.

    Other devices - log out of the App, go to Settings/Apps/Driver Connect/and clear the data..

    I suggest rebooting the device the Driver Connect is own... Then logging back in... Let me know if you are having issues still.

    Will this fix the hours of service that were logged while in the sleeper berth

    Mark - I started to perform the above procedure, and when I click clear data a warning pops up that says all data will be permanently deleted. All files, settings, accounts, databases, etc. If this is the only way to fix the problem, I guess we'll all have to deal with it, however, I am concerned that all of my existing logs will be gone and I'll be forced to manually re-enter many days of activity. Frankly, manually amending data in the DC app is extremely cumbersome and time consuming.

    I did remove app and cleared data from my phone, once reinstalled 4.6.1 version I've logged back onto portal and it shows all my data there.

    I've been off duty since Friday night. My Friday log is not certified ... I turned on the OD8 on Saturday to certify it and that's when I discovered that all of my real Friday data was gone and replaced with 17+ hours of straight driving with the obvious associated violations.

    did you log out and then log in again? Start the truck, then log back in and see if the logs clear up.

    I been off since 5 pm yesterday walk out to the truck and it put me driving 17 hours when i only drive four hours..nothing is working that you are saying to do and now it’s five straight days of violations.
