Random LTL Rants (all are welcomed)

We had a customer at YRC, if the shrink wrap had a cut he called in a claim. After a while of them finding out his scam they kinda told him where to go and how to get there. Shipper said he’s been through so many carriers.

I know with towing cars you get the people who try to be rude. I’ve packed up and left before with that. Or people refusing to pay the price. Trucks on the other hand i don’t really deal with people arguing pay. Normally it’s a billed account or a owner operator coming to the shop for repairs. At our shop normally if a owner operator calls for a road service, and if it can’t be fixed and they have us tow the truck and trailer back to the shop for repairs, my boss gives them a break

 

The hits just keep coming. Found out earlier today that the truck assigned to my new schedule does 70. Should make the trip across Illinois a little more fun.
