I gave up on Amarillo that place never much impressed me.

 

Don't look @Rocks ! But it was too late. She done got mooned. ..... Ok I'll quit now. Sorry I couldn't resist.

 

The food has a lot of good recommendations. Like 65 excellent reviews and only one or two mehs. I don't see Any terrible ones. Looks like a winner.

 

It was good..
The place was full of locals and a bull rack or three which is a good sign....will repeat

Parked at this small truck stop somewhere in TX last evening... There's a new... looks like new Pilot across the street... it was filling up fast...



Left at 3 am central heading northeast and drove by that Texhoma Livestock Cafe that Mr. @wore out talked about the other day....

 

Two days ago I saw a truck on the median of I-40 NM.... he had his flashers on... Looks like he was going east and ran over the median and ended near the edge of I-40 west facing the incoming traffic....
Some miles later, I saw a truck rolled over... right on exit 277 Santa Rosa...



When I drove by it, saw the cops trying to reach the driver who was still inside the cab...
That caused a huge traffic backed up on the highway...

Beautiful sunrise the other day... looked more like a bomb exploding in the horizon... picture not very clear though...

 

That from Pulidos ? Edit: spelled it wrong. Actually the one I mentioned is Taco Palenque down the road a little in Cotulla. Good stuff with Truck parking.
