Those trucks you saw you will see everytime you drive by. There are always 100 red bobtails sitting there. Always!

    Henderson yard.

Someone a few pages back asked about the henderson yard.

Henderson has no truck facilities there, not even a drivers room. It’s just a plastics mfg plant.

There’s a little space in a car lot where you can park a dozen or so bobtails.

You need to get a bobtail pass to leave. It can take a few hrs to get the pass.

When i get there i go park at the Pilot on i-15 n of vegas and ill rent a car at enterprise if i’m gonna be there a few days.

** 1 good thing about poly is they don’t #### with your dac report. They don’t enter anything negative.

Just picked up another idiot that apparently has no idea how to manage money and that is ready to call it quits and look for another trucking job. How in the hell do you take a trip out west and when you have to take your truck to the shop not have any money whatsoever to buy a ####ing sandwich. Excuses for sitting 16 days in Kentucky in January while waiting on his truck to get fixed, that's on you brother. This has to be the most recession proof ####ing job in the world if you have any #### intelligence and a smidgen of work ethic.

So did you buy him lunch. Lol.
16 days in the shop, tell me he was at home while
He waited, and not in a motel room.

Why did you have to pick him up, did he break
    Down again.
You doing that local job out in Henderson now.

No, he stayed in a hotel the whole time. I was honestly going to buy him lunch and spot him a little cash to get through the weekend but after hearing that I knew my money was just going to an idiot so decided to just drop his ### off at the yard and be done with it. He said he arrived in Henderson on Wednesday and was told to wait until his truck got fixed for whatever was wrong with it instead of getting into a loaner and keep on rolling. I call ######## on that as no way in hell is outbound going to tell me to sit around waiting on a truck repair when multiple loaners are available in Henderson to take and keep on rolling. So now he has no truck and no load until OB shows back up to work on Monday, that is his stupidity. I picked him up on the way back in from SLC at the International dealership.
Yep doing the SLC run two to three times a week. Has to be one of the easiest gigs in trucking with a decent pay. Honestly don't know how much longer I will be in the trucking industry but for now it is smooth sailing with this run.

You have to show the other new local
    Driver the ropes.
How to make money off of that gig.
He's a straight by the book company guy.
