I wonder if the number one offender got their own special message.

I'm sure I won't get it for some reason or another anyway.
Like the fuel mileage bonus. I never get it because my APU is always broken. And I ain't gonna sweat or freeze for them.

 

Isn’t that kind of a skewed statistic if you aren’t getting speeding tickets? I’d take it as ok, I’m in the top 20% of getting loads to their destinations quicker. Sounds like someone has nothing better to do than make up dumb things to get drivers in trouble about.
