And now my APU just broke.
Didn't even make it half a day.
And my dispatch never called me back about my delivery, and of course wouldn't answer the phone.
So I guess after sitting for a week with a broken truck I drive 2 hours and get to sit on this load all weekend.
Perfect.

I dont know whats wrong with your apu, probably not a quick fix, but the right thermo king will treat you right. I was in and out in probably just over an hour at the one in Tulsa. -
Picking up a broker load out of the springfield, MO underground warehouse. Such a cool place to get loaded at. Probably getting detention on this load at the shipper, probably at receiver from the sounds of walmart, and probably going to be over weight when I scale out.

Started this month with 2 days of home time.
Last week was pretty crappy. Spent 4 days/3 nights broke down and in a hotel room. I had to get a wire harness replaced. The guy said some major wires were severed, basically spliced, and separated about 6 inches apart. The only reason there was any connectivity was because they were resting on metal. He said it was obvious they had been like that “for a while”. They also replaced something in my DEF system that was unrelated because of a part recall. It was a tad stressful because my trailer went somewhere separate from where I was and it was only half full of fuel when I last saw it. But luckily it held up for the few days it took for repairs.
Then I had to stop and get my bunk heater fixed at Thermo King. Only took a couple hours.
All that being said, I still logged over 10k miles this month. So pretty darn good! -
I'm not sure which part of my def system was recalled and replaced last week. But my def efficiency has gone way up. My fuel and d e f used to go down at about the same rate. But now when I go through a full tank of fuel I only use about a half a tank of def. Also this is the longest my truck has gone without a check engine light since I've had it.

Has anyone tried this cheesesteak factory outside of Nashville? This is my favorite place to eat. I always stop here. It's I-24 ex89 right outside Nashville. It's at the Shell service plaza.
Fresh cut potatoes. Fresh squeezed lemonade.
It's expensive (this was $16.98) but it's so good. They have real ice cream milkshakes too.mattbh23 Thanks this. -
Dang @Zata40 it better be good for that price! Winny has me on the buffet kick, the one in coon rapids when you exit the belt loop, and the sushi one in Fargo. I save my splurge for that.
After hearing about your truck, I love mine that much more, and maybe should name her. She runs hard, everything works, only threw a code twice since ive had her, good economy when you could careless, doesnt sip coolant, peoplenet perfectly mounted, and now that I have quality wiper blades, she handles rain and snow with ease on the windshield.Last edited: Apr 1, 2018
