Celadon Under Investigation By SEC, Stock Trading Suspended - TruckersReport.com
Celadon has had NYSE trading suspended, pending fraudulent reporting of profit/loss from their leasing division. No, they were not under reporting profits.
Tread very lightly. If they aren’t making money from the lease, there is no chance that you will be.Maj. Jackhole, Sirscrapntruckalot, LtlAnonymous and 1 other person Thank this. -
Should drivers continue to make their lease payments?
Sirscrapntruckalot Thanks this. -
You better make your lease payments should have read and understood your contract before you signed these trucking companies will go after you until they get everything you own
LtlAnonymous and IluvCATS Thank this. -
But if Celedon packs up all their toys and goes home... doesn’t that mean I don’t owe them anymore?
Maj. Jackhole, Sirscrapntruckalot and 2Girls_1Truck Thank this. -

They will go after your money until you are dead you are nobody to these trucking companies I'm not just talking about celedon they are all alike they all think we are just a piece of trash

You were provided a copy of the lease. If you didn’t understand it, you should have taken it to a grownup who does understand it and paid them to explain it to you. How, exactly, are banks, mortgage brokers, car dealerships, truck leasing outfits treating you like “trash” by expecting you to live up to your end of the bargain?
The bank isn’t criminal because you paid too much for your house. It’s your responsibility to know what your house is worth (or pay a realtor who does know.) A car dealership isn’t criminal because you paid too much for a car. It’s called “Google”. A trucking company isn’t criminal for offering you a deal that you didn’t bother to read, instead of paying a lawyer who does know how to read to look at it first.
You agreed to pay them. So pay, or declare bankruptcy if you can’t pay.nightgunner, Sirscrapntruckalot, JohnBoy and 2 others Thank this. -
I asked and Siri said that Google said, “don’t pay it”..
Sirscrapntruckalot Thanks this. -
Don't know what umbrage means but I have my opinion and you have yours I'm just talking in general not just leasing a truck these companies that you work for could care less about you once again that is just me opion and my experience so no umbrage what ever that means I see why you call yourself a philosopher hope I spelled that right I ain't had much learning but I'm still doing the same job your doing ha ha
IluvCATS Thanks this.
