FHA loan..3.5 percent down. And yea that's part of taxes I don't get. We write off stuff just to have a bank say you don't have enough profit smh

 

So I had an interesting event happen yesterday. I bought a truck and signed it on with Mercer before I actually picked the truck up. I left home Friday headed to SC and then reloaded there headed to IN so I could go to Louisville afterwards and get my permit book and my Mercer inspection. 10 miles outside Louisville on my way to Indiana I get pulled over. There only signage on my truck was my hand written Mercer signs. The cop proceeded to ask me a series of questions, looked at my license and the temp permit I had. Then he lets me go. He stopped my to make sure I was really leased to Mercer and hadn't stolen that trailer. He was very cool and polite. We need more like him out here.

 

Would fha be easier? Problem I'm having 2016 wasn't the best and I had deprecation on my truck so that lowered my taxes. So it shows my profit was only $2k for 2016 and 25k for 2017 but p&l shows 50k

 

I don't know if it's easier persay, but the down payment would only be 3.5 percent long as your credit is over 580

 

I'm getting readt to buy a house next year and that's my fear. The not enough profit BS smh

 

My credit score is 700

Pete are you fixed about staying close to where you live now because you can get some good deals in Arkansas on house and property as long as you’re not on top of a town stinks to have to drive 30 miles to Walmart but there are dollar general and cvs food’s close by usually
