Where did you get that from? All I meant was the trucker was likely obviously speeding just based on visual observation but without technology proof, all he could do was issue a warning, and going for "15 over" somehow made him/her feel better.

I'm assuming this was part of and noted on a CMV inspection? But I still can't believe they would not have issued a separate citation?

Imagine a law enforcement officer performing duties at the scene of a multi-fatality crash involving a big truck and several cars. This officer discovers the truck driver had 3 speeding tickets in the last 2 years, 2 of which were dismissed and the third one was reduced.

The law enforcement community knows the Warnings under CSA would have stopped this driver probably after 2 warnings, would have lost his job and effectively not been able to get another job therefore not have been involved in a multi-fatality crash. In the LEO's eyes, the Warning might save lives regardless of lost opportunity for conviction dollars for the community. Lives saved calculates out into the billions of dollars; a speeding ticket calc's out just to the hundreds of dollars.

I'm wondering why he isn't here himself to ask and answer questions.

It seems you are his voice in all things.
    Cute pic, by the way.

But my take on all your various posts is that you are him, and hiding behind a skirt picture.

And, cops do NOT give a warning for 15 over the speed limit. That is no slight oversight, it is blatant and reckless speeding.

Not only that but the bovine excrement in almost all of these comments smells so bad the whole forum reeks from it.

Ahg. We really are all alone out here man.

I found this old arse "expert" law thread and it dies as soon as the "expert" was like, oh yea you CMV guys are screwed on warnings it seems.

i didn’t think anyone had a problem getting replies, if anything they get more than they can handle. They probably pose as a female hoping for more sugar coated replies. “Don’t worry sweetheart, everything will be alright.”
