Takes energy to make energy. Get another job that’s more active.

Deliver booze or drive a mixer like me.

You sound similar to me. I hated driving all day I felt like death. Now I’m on my feet 75% of the time and even after a 12 hour day I’m ready to rip and still make it to the gym and not tired.

Vitamin D deficiency will also add belly fat. Vitamin B12 will cause you to lose energy. You're sleeping way too much. You need to go back to only sleep in 5 or 6 hours a day it's better for you than sleeping longer.

My wife had a similar issue...she had 2 medical issues that were to blame, severe sleep apnea and she had low blood iron (anemia). Now that she is being treated for both, she sleeps a normal 7-8 hours at night and stays awake during the day without needing a nap.

I am a senior citizen. I take a multi-vitamin, sublingal vitamin b complex and a vitamin d. I walk my dogs (slowly) twice a day. I eat canned food (including fruit and veges) for dinner and cereal for breakfast. I only eat fast food a couple times a week. I sleep 8 hrs every night and try to run same hours of day to keep my sleep pattern the same. I run against my 70 every week for 3 weeks then 3 days home time. It works for me.
    No multiple women though.

Too much coffe, your andrenal glands are in problem. Keep healthy diet, and eat less. Try to get into gym and do some running. Loose weight. Also depression can be contributor.

What a shame. Young guy like yourself pissing your whole youth away. It’s bothering you and you know it. Local trucking whether it be a straight truck or tractor and trailer seems to be your speed maybe. If nothing is available at home join the military and start over again
