Can you get endorsements at a company school?

You get your endorsements at the DMV. It has nothing to do with your school.

 

You just take test at DMV for any endorsement you want. If you pass the test they add it to you license.

 

This is true, however there is at least one that requires a road test. If my memory is correct it is the P.

 

Last time I renewed my CDL I took tanker and doubles test I got the tanker but failed the doubles test. No driving test for those or hazmat. I think you still have get fingerprinted background check for hazmat. I need to renew my CDL with hazmat

 

If you are looking at Prime, since you are in Washington you would be hired through the Salt Lake Terminal. Those going to the SLC terminal need to get their CDL Permit before they go to SLC, so you can get any endorsement you want.

 

In California you can get your HazMat clearance before you test. TSA will send it electronically to DMV and DMV Clerk will see your TSA Clearance.
