i wholeheartedly concur, Schneider LP is the tutorial level. But hey, they even pay you training pay when you're a company student. LP drivers get paid too, just a little bit more. With van I heard there are 10,000 loads on the board at a time or something, so they can string a bunch together no matter where they are and drive like maniacs and make a bunch of money at low rates. I can't do that, I get in two loads a week, max, and if I'm not planned out a week in advance, or one load takes and extra day to push me past monday, or a #@^$*&NG LOAD in the middle of 2 others CANCELS, guess what I make after truck payment and fuel that week. ZEROOOO. I drive because it's fun. It's better than jail!

Sometimes they had some loads at rates you can't pass up. 125+/- loaded miles at over $5 a mile and 9 to 12k in weight. Promotional loads coming out of tunkhannock. If only those were often other than rare, i might have stayed on the program... maybe not.

The problem with choice is...sni tracks your bookings and when you run the same lane over and over again, those loads disappear ...its pathetic

    Yep big time,
Right now and the last couple days I've been watching the board around my house. Loads that I like a plentiful , ya know the ones I can really capitalize on.
    1600 miles away.
They all but disappear when I get over there every time.
It requires some creative thinking but, can make good cash without running their cheap boloney.
Same thing where I'm running around now.
They're really good at trying to corner you into running garbage. Lmao

Im so glad im gone... What I'm doing now Makes it look like I made peanuts at SNI... Just last calendar year the difference and they revenue I made was astounding... Nearly $30000 more where I'm at now versus what I made over their run in the same amount of miles if not less.. And I made the switch mid year
