My "hometime" hotel... on the same street where I rent parking for the truck and my vehicle...

The hotel folks are super nice... a family from India. They give me very good price.. and gave me a very good room this time... :biggrin_25519: I checked in yesterday... And the first thing I did...

Filled up the bath tub and soaked in it... Ahhhhh... I really needed it... :yes2557:

This morning I took the truck to Thermoking cause the A/C quit working....
Then, I brought more stuff from my storage... and... forgot something else at the storage... :biggrin_1square1: as usual... having stuff in the truck, in the storage and in the hotel... it always happens to be going back and forth for something I forgot here or there... :biggrin_2552:

I would love to soak in the sun, on a float in a swimming pool, if there's one around here... Gotta search for a public swimming pool... there's a lake but they restrict how far one can go in the water and it gets crowded... and the water is dark... I want to swim but not in dark water... :biggrin_25512:
Well, I guess a swimming pool might get crowded too... But maybe not during the week, if I can find time for it...

Now that the kids are out of school, any time after 9am will probably be mayhem in the pool....

I'm partial to a nice cool lake.

I can't lie on a float and "soak up the sun", or I'll burn to a crisp!

    I'm an SPF 50 guy......

"Sun Protection Factor"---for sunblock cream. Higher number=greater protection.

My ancestors dug potatoes from the ground in the sunless mists of the Emerald Isle....therefore they had no need of skin pigmentation.

And that is why their descendants require maximum strength sun block.....

Sun ( solar ) protection factor. The higher the number, the more protection.

Ahh... I was unaware.... I don't use sun block... :biggrin_25512: I think I should but...
Grew up in Rio de Janeiro where the sun is much MUCH stronger than here... and my skin doesn't get burnt so easily... So I don't feel the need for it here in America... but with all the talks about UV rays and skin cancer... I should use sunblock cream...

Hey.. time for some snack here...
What I like to do most during my hometime is EAT!!!
Cause I starve A LOT when I am in the truck...:biggrin_2552: Cause I don't stop to eat... :biggrin_25512: and it's impossible to have a good meal while driving... and I can't elaborate much on my cooking in the truck...
So now that I "have" a small refrigerator here, and more room to cook and a sink with running water, I can prepare more delicious food and eat better... and prepare some delicious natural fresh juices... :yes2557:
