    Stalling & trying to reduce the claim! I watched the video, it's pretty obvious who's at fault, you can get on the phone with the company that hit you also, because at the end of the day, their the one that's liable, not the insurance company! Let that company know your truck is going in the shop, so either their insurance pays or they do! Stop being nice!

    no point now i already told them send it to our insurance they will collect it from their insurance and get my $500 back. Im not gonna keep going back and forth with them

    July 1st we start getting 10 points per gallon at Flying J:O guess ill be buying a new gps with my points then haha

    Since they just sent out a message that doc scanning through the app ends today i called CR to talk about the arrives and departs not working for me. They said IT says as of today everything works for everyone.

    Update on "captain custard", started cutting and polishing, added some small accessories, and did a full service including tranny and rears, it's starting to look like a decent truck now.

    Thank you, my wife and I have a lot of work and money into this already, and it hasn't made us a dime. It's kind of sad in a way haha......

    Yes, especially if you are dealing with them direct instead of thru insurance
    , one reason to have insurance is to let your insurance repair it and then they go after the other parties insurance to pay them back.
