Magnum ltd - fargo, nd

I was there 18 months and I didn't even get close...but the koolaid tasted weird, so I chose not to partake in any corporate refreshments.

 

I talk to someone in Fargo at most once a week and that’s to outbound dispatch.

 

The point is to tell it like it is instead of saying... flat 53.

What i did say is the guy should look around.

 

Yes he should...Look around anywhere except for Magnum. Unless he wants an automatic truck that's locked into auto and a forward facing camera.

Oh and yes they are now a full blown "training" company. Cant attract seasoned drivers so they train people to drive and get them their cdl's and pay them hardly nothing.

 

They haven't even started a training course yet so how do you know what it pays? And that's for ltl anyway. Nothing to do with otr.

I do like the guys who I've trained that stay awhile though. Good bunch.

Everybody quits eventually you know. Even me.
