What would be the best way to do notices like this?

Would it be email , letter, load board note, the Facebook pages, etc.

Any ideas of what would get most coverage?

The mercer trans facebook page is an open page that everyone looks , its public.

The mtown lounge is a closed group with current drivers and family members. And it's actually a mercer company administrated and ran page now.

The company took over the mtown page in january.
We couldn't get any help to see who was or wasnt still at mercer, and with vulgar posts, threats and such, we( the admins ) decided to shut it down.

The company wanted to give it a shot , to use it for announcements and such. They deleted about 200 members who weren't at mercer any longer. About 700 members there now.
It's just hard to keep things somewhat civil on forums or Facebook pages.

Any ideas on ways to get things like this out to the widest audience?

 

My notice was on my fuel slip. I don't do Facebook.
