    I agree with you on the aspect that I try to see positives everywhere I can. But that doesn't mean I don't discuss the negatives as well. There is nothing positive to be said about the rate getting lowered after the load is booked.

    Sure, it happens and I don't think the reason is ever because someone is screwing the driver and stealing their money.

    The way you posted it made you sound like a Mercer homer. I understand where you're coming from but I would've worded it much different. Something like, yes guys sometimes the rate does get lowered but usually there's a good reason. Just have to call the agent and your coordinator to find out what happened. If it was a mistake it will get fixed. You know what else I have had happen? I've been overpaid on loads also. Anyone else have this happen? When this happens I call the agent and my coordinator to make them aware that I was overpaid.

    Bad stuff is going to happen here as it will anywhere cause this is trucking and trucking is ran by humans. There is no need to call someone up and start chewing on them, it will not help the situation. I don't like being chewed on when I screw up. I don't mind constructive criticism or being reprimanded but I'm not going to be yelled at. I'll hang up on you and I don't care it's it's Uncle Lenny or the owners of the company.

    The reason you get grief on here and Facebook is because when a negative subject comes up you put your two cents in but it doesn't help the situation. You could've come on here and started asking how the driver tried to get the issue fixed. Or have the driver advice on how to get the situation resolved. But you didn't. You came on her telling us that we shouldn't even be discussing or questioning that situation and should just not worry about it because of some of the good that happens. And that's not right in my opinion.

    I've had loads that the pay info on the app doesn't match what the agent and I agreed on. You dang right I called to agent to find out why but I didn't call them up all mad and yelling. I approached it like a professional and asked them why it didn't match. They explained it to me and the issue was resolved.

    I'm sure if I would've come on here asking if anyone else had this happen to them you would've automatically posted about something positive Mercer did instead of discussion the situation. Maybe not, but from what I've seen of your posts throughout this thread and on Facebook, that's what I would've expected to happen.

    You've been very successful and you have a ton of knowledge and you do help people. That is great and all but I think you could word your posts better at times.

    There are times when the blunt truth is the best response, no doubt.

    And I don't want to sound like I'm attacking you personally cause I'm not. I've said it before, I have nothing against you personally. You've never done anything to me and you've helped me when I asked for it.

    Plus, if I didn't like you I would've have accepted your friend request on Facebook. Lol

    Well I used the CWEB to make my first arrived call today. It's not near as efficient as it used to be but it is what it is. It does take longer and it wants to buffer until I hit the back button. Then it shows that it went through. Not whining or complaining, just stating my experience and my opinion. I think I might go back to old school trucking and call in to my check-ins and mail my paperwork in once a week. Then I won't have to worry about technology.

    I guess you missed where I first responded to Pete's question last night when he posted that picture. Did you miss that.

    Perhaps you also didnt see where I discussed it on Pete's personal page also.

    See the very fact that you called me a mercer homer says a lot.

    To me that's simply name calling.

    It's just that my first instinct isnt yo always find fault or feel someone has done something underhanded.

    Do you have any idea of the conversations I have had with Pete other than on this page.

    My first instinct when I encounter a problem isn't to ask here or ask on Facebook, I usually go straight to the source.

    It's just seems this page has taken a bent where being fairly happy and not having many complaints is somehow wrong.

    I went to use the arrive button, it had already checked me in, I had deleted the app last Friday, it's like it's still doing geofence, off the quallcomm maybe

    Well, I just did depart , but I hadn't moved from load spot at trane in Waco, tx

    It went thru probably in 2 or 3 seconds with 3 bars of sign and no 4g service.

    So that was better, the advance part works great and has for me since I started using it.

    Thaistick , have you sent bol in yet with it?

    I did yesterday but I used a image prepared image, not straight off phone.

    They have the locations working for q comm and keller ,wonder of that is it and its tied in. I have q comm.

    Sometimes an app will still work even after you delete it an IT guy told me that while it appears to be deleted it still works in the background.
