Pete, you get 25 points for a preventable on private property, you get 50 for a preventable on public property such as roadways.

I saw the videos posted of this incident on facebook that you are waiting on the claim to settle .

I know you have contacted claims , I have to assume you have provided them the copies of the videos, I know claims has always asked for pictures, etc when a damaged ac unit was attempted to be loaded and when a overhanging beam backed into an ac load.

You should make sure that the videos have been made available to the safety dept.

Just like the estimate wasnt forwarded to insurance.

It would surely seem that a preventable in this case is a mistake .

And the very simple reason I asked if there was any other incident, was to see if there may have been a connection to this being a mistake, even if another incident wasnt preventable.

 

Pete , some of those minus 5 expire after 3 it may be four, I think 3 like the csa expire after 3.

Is my understanding correct they even though Mercer is tax exempt if I'm buying a new Truck or Trailer that I still will have to pay Federal Excise Tax ( FET ) ?
