I drove for JB Hunt 3 months. I was constantly cheated by JBH and couldn't put up with it any longer, live and learn.

good luck with lawsuit against jb hope ya win big -
Go to FCC.gov and fill out a complaint form. First, register your number they're calling you on the "Do Not Call Registry". It's smooth sailing from there as lawsuits have been rewarded to the victims, mostly $3000. and up.Keep a telephone log of all calls as proof...then go get 'em. This also includes cell phones.Log it;date, time, number of occurences, number they're calling from

I worked for JB HUNT for nine months. No problems.........until one day I get a message on the QUALCOMM saying to call safety. I pull in a LOVES and call and was told someone called in on me saying I was doing 70 mph in a 65 mph zone and cutting off and passing everyone. Truck is governed at 63. The safety person and I laughed it off. A few days later I get a message to come in their New Jersey terminal in East Brunswick. I go there and I am on a three way call, me my dispatcher and the head of safety. It was April 1st. They told me I was terminated. I thought it was an April fools joke but they were serious. Told me to get out of the truck and leave the premises. I went inside to talk to the people there and was told I could go before some panel and state my case and win and keep my job. I thanked them and said no way am I staying with a company where the head of safety should know I can't do 70 mph. By the way is was on flat land not in mountains or hills. Other then that I had no problems.
