Update....all is well. I called at 1300 and talked with a third person. She had the paper work ready to fax to me. Trucks in the bay and new tires being put on. This tire shop behind the pilot in Girard, Oh. Will be my go to tire shop in the future. Spyder was right when he said 11r 24.5 tires would be hard to find.

 

Yeah, but now they won't have them either because you just told everyone where to find them

 

I have a tripak btw on my trk..its mounted right in front of rear quarter fender on my pete 579 on passenger side..behind fuel tank.

 

Maybe someone here can give me an answer. Can i take a load to louisville without having name/usdot on my truck?

Well, started trying to renew my drivers license here in NC on Monday, finally got it at 4.45 pm now Thursday. What a fiasco, update to DMV computers over the weekend about completely shut down the license renewals statewide on Monday. Mercer's IT department must be moonlighting on the weekends for the state. Tuesday they had problems on and off all day, as well as Weds. Of course the backlog of people was growing each day, so today I arrived 'early' at 0800 ... and I guess it paid off, I didn't have to wait to finish until 5pm closing time ....

And now they are trying to get your hazmat and license renewal to be the same so you don't have to do two trips. My license should have been good until 12/2023 but now only to 06/2023 because they go by the date on the TSA approval letter, not the date you get the license. So getting things done early actually cost me time. It's been a hell of a week dealing with this. I'm
