Where Are You Continues, Again.....

So... this is the piece that was broken inside the APU box and making that awful loud loud noise...



They replaced that and now... what a difference... don't feel "embarrassed" any more when I park next to another truck... no more loud noise... and the APU is not running on and off constantly....

The place in run by a family from India.... it' pretty run down... but what I like about it is the Indian restaurant....



It was good but too HOT....
Anyway.... I am fed... and now heading to bed... Get up at 2 am and hit the road again...

Back to the house.....turn around and do that 81 shuffle one more time in the a.m.....hohum....

 

Is that eggplant ? I just had some two weeks ago and I'd never had eggplant before in my life. Mine was a little spicy but I enjoyed it. Took my time eating it and finished it the next day with some extra ..... whatever they called their version of tortillas. Pretty good stuff, I'd gladly have it again but I'd like to try a different dish next time because some of the other choices sound good also. The place I was in was in New Mexico iirc. I was due for a thirty and had no idea that the restaurant was Indian before I walked in. It was on the sign but I didn't even notice in the sun.

 

That will have to be long term plans.......

Garden comes after house which gets built next year (hopefully). Kinda trailer trash/camping till then.

I have the vision, Just need to line up the resources.

 

No eggplant there... other things... super super spicy and HOT... as all Indian dishes are...
There are some Indian restaurants (from India) on I-40 in NM and AZ... I am in NM now... maybe this is the same one... OK.. gotta go

Just missed ya......passed through on my way to I-75.

 

Stayed at the customer last night in Macon GA. After the drop I got 5 hours left to start for home.

"Just cover this extra one for me, and you should still be home Friday night.".......
