Well that's why advance notice was sent out. So folks could make other arrangements for 5 hours if they needed to , you think?

Its 5 hours, I guess they thought grown folks could make a decision on what to do if they needed to.

For some reason , they asked this, should not be hard for grown folks to plan around it, I guess they underestimated people, and in Pete's case, I doubt they planned this just because Pete is coming monday.

Its 5 hours, one day out of 365.

 

Keep in mind I dont see an advance request as a problem. I am calm, things like this dont bother me.

I adapt , if its that's big of a problem, wait til tuesday.

I dont think they are doing this just because they want to aggravate someone

 

I never understood why anyone likes hanging around there anyway. I’ve never been a fan of the ghetto.

 

I'm not saying they are doing it to aggravate anyone. I Think we should just be allowed to idle if needed though. I'll be waiting in the truck while they come and do the lettering on my truck. Faster that gets done the faster i can leave and go idle. I Really don't wanna wait till tuesday i've been off work for 3 weeks now bills are just gonna keep pilling up.

I just stop in when passing thru or need an inspection, if passing thru I will stop and use the laundry facilities.

I should start a mailbox rental, well a post to a wheel and i can roll the mailbox right in front of their truck.

But it's no different than anywhere else in life, some folks you enjoy more than others, some you dont, but i tolerate most everyone for short periods of time,lol

Well it's the one day its gonna happen , you know it in advance, so make a plan .

No one goes upstairs , grab a chair up there and wait , that might be a way around it.

 

They are redoing the building at the Atkins lot for the drivers lounge.

The ac systembroke a while back for a while , theres a problem inside somewhere.

The Atkins lot is bigger and will have plugins ,etc.as the current one does.

Their percentage though is reasonable.

It's pretty much the going avg. Whenever the percentage is higher , there is usually more the contractor pays.

 

How many are aware that the phones will be shut down for one hour on August 16th from 11am til noon?
