Eh the problem is VA ports are slow. Its moving 2 loads of empty containers. So waiting in line at the ports 4 times isn't my cup of tea lol

 

That's gotta be a good feeling. I'm hoping by the first of the year I'll be in that position.

 

In some respects I got lucky this morning. Ended up hitting a deer, missed him with the front of my truck, he must have double backed and caught the trailer dolly area. Luckily no damage at least that I notice right now. You can see the blood splatter... 2nd deer I've hit in 12 years, first time the truck was heavily damaged. I like animals so this sucks 4 sure.

 

Cant log on today. WTF

 

I probably would've taken it. I have a daily minimum and that is under it but there's really no expense to make that $700.

Still can't log on? Mercer makes WAY too much money to be having these kinds of issues.

I can log on now but haven't found any worthwhile committing too in my area yet.. My coordinator said this morning she couldn't even log on.

I'm guessing who ever they have running the IT department here has gotta be in real tight with one of the higher ups, that's why they haven't been replaced.

Nothing good coming out of VA never seen VA so dead even those small cat engines i've seen 1-2 pop up all day lol

 

I won't ever go back to a truck payment...no way, never!!

 

how about some advice and opinions from door swingers, ok skateboarders can play too. would I be better off buying a trailer? I could probably get a new one with a payment a little less than what I pay Mercer. is it worth it ? opinions please. keep in mind I plan on selling out and retiring in 5 yrs
