How many Volvo's and Kenworth's does OD even have? It can't be that many all I ever see are Freightliner Casscadia's. Now there is a guy who takes a set of doubles Friday down I-271 express way to I-271/I-480 merge Friday afternoon around 4pm and he has a Kenworth I've seen him 2 Friday's in a row on the same road at the same time. However the Volvo's I don't see to many of them. That's all we have at GFS besides Massachusetts and whatever they have up in Canada which besides the same logo is like a totally different company all we have at GFS in the states are Volvo's.

Canada has the Kenworth's. I wonder if they will talk about that at the safety meeting tomorrow?
Why the test Kenworth's? Volvo's not cutting the mustard anymore?

I think they want the business. Heard they are giving them to us to try.

You can probably tune the ECU to get more power out of the 5.0 v8 in Titan.

New 2019 Pete doesn't have much overhead room either. Can't even fit CB radio up there. Btw whats the reason behind buying only automatic trucks lately? Fuel mileage doesn't seem to be that much better

Well, the big issue with those apparently is the EGR. Surprise surprise...

My Pete has no overhead room, but I did manage to get my CB in it. That wasn’t a particularly nice chore.

Here in my area our biggest customers are: Home Depot, shermin-williams, Starbucks, and estes. Jo-Ann must have a big hub in the south I've noticed a lot of our freight stays in the Florida, Georgia/Alabama region. We must be the cheapest/quickest in the south I guess.

I do know our turn around from Atlanta to Miami is pretty much one day as long as it makes it into a line haul trailer before the end of the day

    Fuelinmyveins and Mike2633 Thank this.
