How do you have to be there before you can get weekends off or at least Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday??

 

On a rotating 5/2-5/3 program you'll get 3 weekends off in a row roughly every 9 weeks.

On a full time 5day truck?? Good luck getting a Monday, Tuesday, or Sunday out. Some locations guys with 15 years Can't get weekends off.

 

#### that sucks that is one of the things really weighing on my mind at least I get about 16-20 weekends off now about 6-8 during the warmer months. How does the 5/2-5/3 pay is it a lot different then the 5/2

 

5/2-5/3 program you are scheduled 26 less workday per year. So for example if you have a $350/ADP 350X26= $9100

i do miss my 3 days off on a 5/2-5/3 tho. im a thursday out and have been working over each week. most times my truck doesnt get moved when im off

 

not at my dc a 5/2-5/3 would be around 284-300

 

Ours average 317.14 adp.

 

thats the main reason i went to a 5 day driver. but i will tell you this. running as a fill in at 6858 is really peaceful. theres no worry on pay.
