With all due respect, you don’t even have a clue what WM drivers were making 20 years ago.

Except most drivers have 15+ years of driving for Wal-Mart. So knowing what they made 20 some years ago isn't an impossible thing to know. We just had our most senior guy retire in September. 30 years driving here. So yea, we have a clue what they made. But the goal is to move forward.

Even you don’t get my point. The fact is WM drivers’ salaries have not kept up with inflation for the past 20 years.
In today’s dollars vs. cost of living the average WM driver should be making $140,000

Next time, just start with that. But there's not many careers in transportation that make that kind of money without high seniority or flying a jumbo jet. But i get what you are saying.

Be nice if they did away with the weekly harassment films from the cameras...don't know anyone who has changed driving habits from that crap. Guess they just want to let us know big brother is watchin:( Getting put on steps because you cannot find a place to sleep is a bit much also...

I've had both driver facing and forward facing cameras in my truck at my current company for over a year now. No I don't like them, but I usually go over a month before an event is triggered and it's usually just an inadvertent trigger. If you're getting weekly videos where you need counseling, sounds like you seriously need to look at your driving habits.
