Don’t give a two week notice to Schneider National or they terminate you that day and take away all,

I forgot to address this in my first post, but once you’ve made up your mind to quit, do just that and move on.

If part of your brain tries to compel you to discuss your dissatisfaction with your DM, the terminal manager, or anyone else, don’t listen, don’t listen to it. That part of your brain isn’t functioning correctly.

Remember this, no one at the terminal gives a rats arse what you think and nothing you say ,while perched atop your soap box, is going to change anything about the place. Consider it time wasted, because that is exactly what it is.

Follow the part of your brain that says “I think I’ll do as Frank Speak suggested in his first post. That’s very sound advice”. That part of your brain has all systems functioning as they should.

Now, go find yourself a nice Kentuckian and be merry!

 

I personally think the forum owner should set a time table limit on someone being able to start a new thread. Just like they do with the initial limit of being able to private message someone.

Maybe set the limit on a minimum of 10 post(s) before you're given privileges to start your own thread. It would help to eliminate so much wasted space and time created by trollers.

 

Maybe one of the Moderators can suggest that to him?

 

What and take away my amusement of one post wonders

 

I gotta go with Dale on this one. I rather enjoy the one hit wonders. They make for some pretty good fodder at times.

I get the amusement part with some trollers. However, when someone can impugn a company as a "BAD COMPANY" with information that may or may not even be true, seems kind of seedy to me.

A lot of the one post wonders generate a good discussion on whatever it is they're posting about. If not, the mods will do a little housecleaning.
