I received my cdl with all endorsements in June '18. I have worked for 3 companies so far. Presently with an ltl in So. Cal. What I wanna know is when am I considered a "trucker" and will when I be able to apply for a great position with a great company with confidence?
Am I Now Considered a Trucker with 3 months experience?

You are one.
There is no Coronation or other event for formally deciding you are a trucker or not. Either you are or you aint. Sometimes the aints don't last but 90 days or 6 months.
You are doing it, however... If you make it a year then you can pretty much apply to anyone within reason. That means no damage, accidents etc. Even if you did scrape something to miss someone this much you are still doing what you have to do.
I spent my first year breaking stuff and learning winter mountain work etc. My second more or less into different areas in my local area such as milk hauling etc. Finally About the third year we got into some really interesting stuff and started ranging west and south. That's what did it for me.Puppage, Rideandrepair, bryan21384 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Three jobs since Jun? Calm down there big guy. This ain’t the Walmart it used to be

Well most are considered steering wheel holders for at minimum the first 5 years lol....3 companies since June of this year; if I were you, I would stick it out with the current company for a full year at least. 3 companies in 6 months is not all too favorable looking to the highest paying outfits in the industry.
MachoCyclone, AfterShock, Puppage and 4 others Thank this. -
Rideandrepair Thanks this.

You have to learn the secret handshake. Then you’ll be in like Flynn.Seriously once you meet the Minimum 6 mo (already) for any Company. Some 1 yr, 2 yr etc. 3 yr pretty much highest I’ve ever seen. Lot of 6 mo experience hiring these days.Shouldnt have a problem.Sounds like you haven’t yet anyway. 3 jobs in 6 mo.?Better Companies look at other things too.Job hopping is common in OTR. Too much though opens up the question WHY?
roel1177 Thanks this. -
