CFI Driver's What's Your 20? (2017 edition)

Cfi authorized me a truck wash at the blue beacon in Effingham this morning. Finally no more of that god #### ash from up north

 

twice a month ...NO authorization needed... Sometimes I even get a trailer washout ...Woody floors get dirty !

 

Been meaning to talk to you about the dirty Ash....anot another facepalm moment.

 

There is a chain in the south called Puleo's. The only one I've found near a truck stop is just east of Knoxville. I think it's exit 398 on l 40. Just a few steps from the pilot. IvI' had calimari on the Atlantic coast, the gulf coast, and even a few carribean islands. Puleo's is best. Probably not as fresh as what you had, but very good.

I went in there with a Florida gator hat on, they hapoened to be playing Tennessee, I think the barmaid spit in my calimari... still delicious.

Gators won, so did I.

 

Preplan topeka to san Bernardino...nice trip but nasty wheather predicted for new mexico...

The customer failed to tell cfi that it wasn't only hazmat. It was also a tanker so after they loaded me and I got my hands onothe bills and it something about fluid in thetbig 3000 gal totes. IIhad to call CFI. I don't have tanker endorsement lol and the customer was mad saying that cfi did this to them 4 days earlier as well. Not my fault you failed to mention it's also tanker..... So they sent me to pa to take a diff hazmat back to KC. Then I just ran from KC MO to Green Bay. And now from Green Bay to here in Memphis where I deliver in the morning. Still 3300 miles for the week so I guess I can't complain. But that was gonna be a nice hazmat bonus pay...
