No problem. We had some system glitches earlier in the evening but they're fixed now. I'll delete one of the posts and the post with your apology.

So I picked up my load out of KCMO Friday morning and tried to outrace the incoming storm, I caught the leading edge of it, but avoided the worst if it. After looking at news reports it looked pretty nasty all the way across Missouri.
I’m sitting in Atlanta, I will deliver this in Newnan tomorrow morning, and then head to the house for a couple days off.Crusader66, mushroom1464 and gntorres61 Thank this. -
I remember back a few years ago, in my Trans Am days, sitting in Amarillo TX waiting for a meat load going to Anaheim and San Diego when dispatch calls and sez, "we are taking you off this load. Gotta hot load we need you to pickup in Holcomb KS going to NJ. By the way, there is a big snowstorm on the way get it outta there before it hits!
Six hours later, I drop and hook and the flakes start flowing and in minutes, they turn into cannonballs. The only thing that kept me going was the thought of being stranded in the middle of nowhere Kansas. So at 35mph in that T700 I pushed through white out conditions for seven hours until I hit the Flying J in Salina Kansas and shut it down. Made it to I 70! This run terminated in central Missouri as I was mercifully swapped out and sent back to KC for I don't know what!Crusader66, mushroom1464 and runningman0661 Thank this. -
So, yesterday, called at home to cover a load for another driver who had the flu. Got a shower, dressed, kissed the wife and off to Four Oaks for a medical supply load to McDonough GA this morning for a 6am. Had to use a split sleeper to be there on time though my dispatcher offered to change the appointment. Nope didn't want to inconvenience the customer. Got there at 555. That office park is crazy to get into the early morning. In and out in an hour. Last time was a four hour deal but they really tightened up. Next pickup in Madison GA was a noon pickup until 5 pm. Got there at 1pm expecting a live load and saw one of our trailers sitting in a door. Man told me it was my load. Drop, hook and go. Made it to the FLA welcome center before my 14 ran out. Will drop tomorrow before lunch. Wonder what would have happened if the other driver hadn't gotten sick?

Currently loading a broker load in Greenville, Sc going to Lincoln, Nebraska. After I deliver that I will head to Aurora and pick up a preloaded trailer going out to Portersville, California for a drop Monday.
