I actually had a female trainer in bulk once and she was good. Better than most of us I would imagine in the fleet.

Her training was able to hold solid decades later when I got ahold of another bulk tanker and took off to get loaded and unloaded. No problems other than persistant overweights into the 120K out of redfield with a old crappy 9800 Paystar.

at this modern age, ladies are doing things just like we do and i love that because that is how things should be. it is sad to hear that ladies are also complaining about the pay in any work environment, i mean, just look at Nancy Pelosi net worth !! lol. but joke aside, I personally think ladies are too easy. easy to accept the position, easy to please at work with no complain, but not so easy at stand up and walk out. Men are complaining about everything, including "you guys dont pay me enough for my skill" and always make all kind of demands

This will always be an issue for women. Me and the SO had a rather heated discussion regarding the fact that a male being accused of sexual misconduct is not the same (her words) as a woman being accused. And ME refusing to train a woman was just sexist.

Her co-worker (female with 25 years at the job) is currently suspended with pay while under internal investigation for misconduct. There are lawyers involved, on all sides.

On the other hand. If I was accused at work. I would be removed from all training and possibly fired. Period, end of story.

Actually it’s men that are the Johnny Come Latelies. I listened to the stories all the time when I was growing up.

Women worked in factories. The men stayed home and worked the fields.

In the cities, it was different altogether. But women have always pulled their weight.

Stay at home moms became a thing after WW2.

Nobody ever knows if the woman they are hiring will attempt to sue the company out of existence because someone said "sweetheart" or will claim attempted rape by the first male to fall asleep within arns reach of the woman. Trouble-makers make life hard for everyone.

I know I could not train women. They’d be too distracted and lusting after me all the time. Couldn’t ever get anything done. Wouldn’t be fair to them.

Schneider will get you out on your own in 3 weeks. If your trainer is male, you or your trainer will be in a hotel room every night you are on the road.

On the road training is a barrier to women entering the industry. For me, getting into a hotel every night is too much of a hassle to make training pay worth it. Its a shame as women trying to get into this industry are making a choice to do do, not following the path of least resistance like so many of the bugger eaters.

OP Never mentioned how long is too long...7 days is good, 7 weeks is bad. Just curious
