I'm not sure what I am gonna do...sure am tired of sitting on breakdown! Maybe its like cars; I know, they get to that mark and if anything's gonna happen, it does but then its fine! Would hate to hand the truck over to some Joe schmo who is happy and rolling cause I got everything fixed for him!! Lol

Really?!! Werner would not consider me before when I applied b/c I only had 6 months exp but I DIDNT WORK FOR 3 YRS BEFORE TRUCKING. (Had to bold that cause I found not many companies did, so its important.) Didnt even consider them after that. That's great! Wish I had known that! Thank gawd I found this forum! Before you click your heels too hard I don’t think you will make “mad cash” as their rate per mile I think is pretty low. I would also get all the fine print and make sure that “maintenance” covers all the usual suspects. Some quick math in my head put the take home pay after expenses to be somewhere between 60-80k if you ran good miles. To me that isn’t a big enough carrot to carry all the risk.

They have some info on their website, just make sure you get all the details. I haven’t heard good or bad about it but I don’t hang out much at the terminals.

Prime is renting equipment, making the renters pay the maintenance, charging for wear & tear, & misclassifying the drivers to boot. And who wants to pay for a mega to fleece you on maintenance costs using their numpty mechanics? And people are defending these donkey's.LOL

In my 3 decades I 1. would never work for a OTR company as a local driver 2. never rent or lease company equiptment. You lease equipment onto a company.

    3. Go LTL and make a ton of cash!

No need to lease and all that other crap with LTL around. First year I made 85K minus winter working. No way people should be fleecing in 2019

LTL is good for some. Personally, I tried it, and hated it.

Just noticed Prime is one of the Best Fleets to drive for in 2019. Impressive.
