    This so called Trucking Company refuses to produce valid receipts for deductions from your final settlement when asked for. When asked to produce the rated freight as to the validation of the amount of each load, they refuse to disclose this, when they can delete the names of the shippers and consignees shown on the freight bill or other form of documentation.
    They have illegally used my USDOT number and have signed a Vehicle Examination Report for the State of New Mexico and sent it back and have refused to produce this document to me. WRONG Brockhouse Trucking LLC.
    If any else has problems with this company, I suggest filing a complaint with the federal government at https://dataqs.fmcsa.dot.gov or the Office of the Inspector General at Contact Us | Office of Inspector General | U.S. Department of Transportation or the FMCSA

    Looks to me like they’ve also damaged your emotional constitution to the point that you refer to yourself as a “patsy”.

    Make sure you add emotional anguish to your legal action against them! I’ll testify on your behalf that you feel like a patsy now!

    Frank, you might want to lighten up a little on the newbies who don't understand your sense of humor.
    After they've been around a while you can joke with them.
    All you did here was irritate somebody who's already irritated and I know you didn't mean for that to happen..

    Sounds typical for someone named Brock from the Dakotas.. I worked for an outfit like that once. Owners name was Brock, and Dispatchers name was also Brock.

    Okay truckers: I am looking for anyone else who has dealt with Brockhouse Trucking LLC,
    My 74 year old Uncle Leased his 2005 Peterbuilt to this company and I feel that he has been taken advantage of and very possibly robbed. I was requested to take over the business of figure out what the hee was going on with the 2005 Peterbuilt in October 1918 after the whole problem was a cluster. I have tried to get paperwork and verification documents from this company and basically got nowhere, any advise you could give me would be very appreciated.
