Not sure when they set a time. Last ruling I read was "allowed to PC to the nearest safe haven, even if it is advancing the load toward it's destination" without any time limitation. Of course use of PC is all "at the discretion of the carrier"

 

Thank god. Thought I was the only one here that drives to some twisted stuff. 90% of the time its heavy metal, rock'n roll in my truck. Occasional EDM or hip hop.
