Edriver logs -> view hos -> 8 day

Day all the way left is what you get back at midnight. Or past the 34 if you took one somewhere.

If it’s Murrayville the have parking.
If it’s Gainesville they have no parking.

    Okay, that helps.

It’s Murrayville, so that’s a plus. If I can’t load early I may just take my 10 when I get there and leave around midnight. Better than running and trying to find parking at 1am somewhere.

I don’t mind throwing some low-grade calamari back in the ocean if I could pull out some fluke, flounder, or stripers…

    dwells40 and Xeres63 Thank this.

Its not for everyone, but if you can get yourself on a 12-3am start time regularly, its much better than swing shifting, and you'll see that life is much easier. Finding parking when you shut down is much easier, no wait for showers, less traffic, etc.. just my 2 cents.

There is an app called Recap+ that helps keep your hours at your fingertips. It's customizable for paper and elog. I've been using it since I was using the Peoplenet system at Magnum. It helps when dispatch calls and wants to see if you'll have the hours to do a load and you have no place to stop to check the peoplenet. It's a 1 touch app so you won't be breaking any "distracted driving" regulations to pull up your hours.

Yeah. Back at my last company running flatbed I kept my hours steady at 4am-6pm, but it was easy when almost all the shippers and receivers had 6am-4pm hours. Now I still try and start as early as I can.

That is great, I will download that app right now, thanks.
