It would be nice if Crete would have something interactive to let me see fuel rates on the fly, but Crete doesnt do modern technology especially well. -
spyder7723, Broke Down 69 and loudtom Thank this.

Nastc ...Fleetone card....
Broke Down 69 Thanks this. -
4858÷12047=.403/mile...
If your avg fuel economy was 6.25 your average price per gallon =2.52, if 6.75 then 2.72....
You should be getting a detailed list of fuel prices so you can make the best decisions.. this can save you real money with a little math. Of course it also depends who pays the fuel tax. If they pay it regardless if it's +/- at quarter end then simply lowest pump price will be your best way to go... these are the kinds of real cost savings you can realize relatively easily..
Do they at least give you a detailed statement of fuel purchases with your settlement? With actual fuel prices deducted? If they do, and you post the actual price you paid and at what locations, then some other members here on nastc can compare to that program... which is very difficult to beat (your carrier may be better but not likely by much).Last edited: Feb 10, 2019

That is why I documented the purchase above. -
Also: do you get a bill or a credit every quarter for ifta ? (You will never be absolutely on 0.00 - neither credit owing or balance due)Broke Down 69 Thanks this. -
My weekly online settlements show the cost of fuel purchased, city and state, and separates DEF from diesel. However it does not show number of gallons purchased.
