I got that full amount because I’m in L/P program, I assume a company driver would have gotten a portion in the same situation.

After I drop this load tomorrow In Eau Claire, I will pick up a preloaded trailer at the same place going to Shelby, Iowa for a drop. After that, I have to go back to the Detroit shop in Omaha again, for after treatment issues that are popping codes again. At this rate I will have a rebuilt 1 box before the warranty runs out.

Hi Steven, 47cpm in the SE region. When I started, I was averaging 2700 miles per week. At Christmas, it slowed to just under 2000/ week. January slower than that. This month they gave me some long runs (over 1000 miles per run) at the long haul rate (.51 cpm) so that has helped out. In March it should start ramping up again. These folks are trying hard to take care of me, of course, I give them my best. This morning I started at 2am (split sleeper) to make an 8am delivery after the shipper held me for 4 1/2 hours and Atlanta traffic held me another 4 1/2 yesterday. I give my all because FCC DESERVES IT!

You’re rotten. Give the guy a break. He’s happy at FCC.

I wouldn't call it kissing up, I'd say it's more like dedication. I work for a different company, but am just as dedicated to them as he is to FCC because they make an honest effort to take care of the drivers who take care of the company. I am off on medical leave with a wrist injury (not work related), and made darn sure I told both the company and the doctors that this was NOT works fault...the company is keeping the employee's share of the health insurance paid for me and letting me keep my truck/trailer at home. (For now at least). And it's not just because I didn't throw them under the bus on workers comp, before I took time off, I was like @runningman0661 when it came to pulling loads...what ever they put me on, good or bad, I did it w/o saying a word. There are very few comanies like FCC in regards to driver satisfaction.

Ya, I know... but I just could help myself... and I am certainly glad that he is very happy at FCC... Happy Drivers says a lot for a company.

I hope @gntorres61 knows I was just poking at him a bit... or maybe it was just an honest sincere inquiry into the FCC pay structure for non driving activities... lol ;-) ... no, it was fun poking.

Once my truck gets out of the Detroit shop, I will pick up a preloaded trailer at our yard in Council Bluffs going to Rome, Georgia for Monday morning. Then pick up a load in Chatsworth, Georgia coming back up to Shelby, Iowa for a drop.
