At 11 am east time today my DSP had not found a load... Told him that if he didn't have something to pick till early afternoon, he might find something for tomorrow early morning cause I didn't want to pick up in the middle of the afternoon and then have to drive at night or have to find parking in the evening when truck stops are full....
He said he was trying all he could but didn't want to pay me another layover....
Well... a few minutes later he called me and said he found me a load... only 90 miles away... but it would be ready tomorrow morning.... I guess he will have to pay another layover and I will pick up early in the morning...

 

Now parked at a Love's on I-85 SC... about 35 mins from shipper...
Weather was nice today and not too cold... but I will be going to MN border with WI....
Hopefully the extreme weather will be gone by the time I get there on Thursday...
Counting the days for Spring to start... HATE COLD AND SNOW!!

Just loaded in Rancho Cucamonga for a quick hop to Porterville and then dead head back to Bloomington for a load going to Portland. Looks like I might get decent weather, or the weather hasn’t realized I’m heading that way and it’s going to change up because the snow and rain loves me.
